Proposed s1itigation Measures,=lnclLaing Recl.amatinn-for Wildlife=Habitat. <br />Reclamation will be next to impossible because of past smelter activities. <br />Where topsoil is present, native species of grass should be planted. <br />Where topsoil is not present, slopes should be left as flat as possible <br />to increase percolation of water and minimize erosion. Care should be <br />taken to not increase erosion and siltation of the Arkansas River during <br />operation. <br />.
