<br />Written Notice of Intent to Participate in the program must be <br />received by these persons at the addresses shown not later than thirty (30) <br />days after the date of publication of a counterpart of this Notice in the <br />FEDERAL REGISTER. It is estimated that the earliest date of such <br />publication in the FEDERAL REGISTER will be ten (10) days after the first <br />publication of this Notice in the newspaper. Publication in the FEDERAL <br />REGISTER will control the date by which Notices of Intent to Participate <br />must be received by the persons indicated above. <br />Any party wishing to participate in this exploration license must <br />share all costs on a pro rata basis with Getty Coal Company and with any <br />other party or parties who elect to participate. <br />The proposed Exploration Program will be conducted by Getty Coal <br />Company pursuant to an Exploration Plan, as approved by the Minerals <br />Management Service. The Exploration P]an, as submitted to the Bureau of <br />Land Management, is available for public review during normal business <br />hours under serial number C- at the Colorado State Office, 2020 <br />Arapahoe Street, Denver, Colorado 80205. Additional copies of the <br />Exploration Plan are available for review at the BLM Craig District Office, <br />455 Emerson Street, Craig, Colorado 81625, and at the Minerals Management <br />Service District Mining Supervisor's Office, The Mart, 2135 East Main <br />Street, Grand Junction, Colorado. <br />-18- <br />
