<br />3410.2-1(a)(3) Each application shall contain three copies of an
<br />exploration plan which complies with requirements of 30 CFR 211.10(a).
<br />Enclosed are three copies of the entire exploration license
<br />application. The exploration plan required under 30 CFR 211.10(a) is
<br />included in the application.
<br />211.10(a)(3)(i) The name, address and telephone number of the
<br />applicant and, if applicable, the operator/lessee of record.
