He said he will <br />prepare a Wildlife Impact Statement and submit it directly to the Division this week. The <br />operator will work directly with CDOW to respond to any concerns they have regazding [his <br />mining operation. <br />EXHIBIT L -RECLAMATION COSTS <br />17. Please refer to the attached table. Please note that pit dewatering costs are not included because <br />the site will be dewatered once, prior to mining phase 1. Thus, at the time of maximum allowable <br />disturbance, dewatering will have already taken place. <br />EXHIBIT S -PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br />19. The operator will commit to 20 feet of cleazance on the non-mined side of the slurry wall azound <br />the perimeter. In addition, the operator will ensure the toe of the mine slope is a minimum of 117 <br />feet from the slurry wall. <br />BONDING <br />Aggregate Industries, Inc. anticipates that this site will not be disturbed for at least three to five years. <br />Thus, the operator prefers [o submit a limited watranty of $1,000 until they are ready to begin operations. <br />Aggregate Industries, Inc. will notify the Division and submit a property executed financial warranty in the <br />full amount required at least 60 days prior to initiation of disturbance. <br />The changes to the application will be filed with [he Weld County Clerk and recorder no later than the <br />close of business today.
