6.4.6 EXHIBIT F -Reclamation Plan Maa
No comment at this time.
6.4.7 EXHIBIT G -Water Information
In addition to various concerns that have been mentioned, the application does not
comply with the requirements of Rule 6.4.7 (2), (3), (4), and (5). Please provide the
additional information as necessary. With respect to (5), the applicant must affirmatively
state that they have acquired or applied for the CPDS permit. The application simply
states that the operator will obtain a permit prior to any discharge. Please indicate
whether or not application has been made for this permit.
Another area that has not been mentioned under other exhibits is the impact to the
wetlands on the project area. Specifically, the drainage canals that have been identified
as possible jurisdictional wetlands. It would appear that these wetlands could also be
impacted by de-watering a pit adjacent to them. Have any mitigation plans been
developed with respect to these areas? Please address this concern in your response.
6.4.8 EXHIBIT H -Wildlife Information
The wildlife exhibit is inadequate as submitted, specifically, Rule 6.4.8(d) requires a
description of the general effect during and after the proposed mining operation on the
existing wildlife of the AREA, including loss of food, habitat, etc. The potential to
impact the Sage Hill Farm wetlands and wildlife plantings clearly needs to be addressed.
Please provide this description as required.
6.4.9 EXHIBIT I -Soils Information
No comment at this time.
6.4.10 EXHIBIT J - Ve¢etation Information
No comment at this time.
6.4.11 EXHIBIT K -Climate Information
No comment at this time.
