Red Rock Plant and Mine 112 Construction Materials application. <br />Currently, you have on file a copy of the original application and supplemental materials <br />submitted on July 9th. The attached materials aze a further supplement to the application. <br />Please place the attached supplemental materials with the original permit application <br />materials for review by the public, and also hold and please make available all these <br />materials.for public review until at least September 2002. This request is made to ensure <br />that the public has an opportunity to review these materials up until the date of the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board hearing on August 21, 2002, in Pueblo. <br />Upon receiving and posting the enclosed information for public review, please <br />provide a written receipt for our records and as proof of filing for the Colorado Division <br />of Minerals and Geology and Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board.
