This entails a plan of reclamation, studies of t!Ze impact <br />on water resources and wildlife, re vegetation, posting of a recla- <br />mation bond, plus other requirements. <br />The operator of this existing mine will be required to submit an <br />application, plan of reclamation, etc., before October, 1977. Our <br />. staff will be working caith Che operator in nreparing suitable <br />~ material to conform c+ith our statute.
