For clarification, we request that you indicate in writing if you desire your comments to be <br />considered an objection to the application or if you simply desire the Division to take your comments into <br />consideration during our technical review of the application. Please note that the Division will require the <br />applicant to locate on their mine plan map the locations of all existing permanent man-made structures <br />such as oil & gas wells and lines, power & communication lines, irrigation ditches, easements, rights-of- <br />way, and trails, etc. that occur on the areas of affected land and within two hundred (200) feet of all <br />boundaries of such area. The applicant will not be required to locate planned or future structures. Also, <br />the Division will require the applicant [o comply with the terms of Rule 6.4.19 for permanent man-made <br />structures (see attached copy) prior to a decision on the application. The decision date for the Fredstrom <br />Resource application is tentatively scheduled for June 11, 2001 . <br />If you are objecting [o the application, then the Division will schedule an informal conference, apre- <br />Hearing Conference, and a Formal Public Hearing. The Hearing will be held during the June 27-28, 2001 <br />Board Meeting . You will be kept apprised of the location, date, and time of such meetings and will be <br />able to participate in our permitting process. Attached is a bulletin [hat further explains our public <br />participation and Board Heating process. The Division appreciates your cooperation in this matter and <br />respectfully requests that you respond in writing on or before May 25, 2001 with your clarification.
