Box 880 <br />Trinidad, Colorado 81082 <br />Dear Ms. Shea: <br />In accordance with notice requirements established by the Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology we are notifying the City of <br />Trinidad of an application by Mr. M. Peter Schrepfer for a 110(2) <br />mining permit. The effected land is within a two mile radius of <br />the City of Trinidad. The mining is proposed to occur on a portion <br />of Lots 44 and 45 of the Emerald Vista Estates, Filing 2. A full <br />O copy of the application will be on file with the Las Animas County <br />Clerk and Recorder. <br />Further Mr. Schrepfer is applying for a Las Animas County special <br />use permit for the mining operation.
