Long <br />Westcliffe, CO 81252 Division Dveaor <br />Re: Receipt a[ 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application, Geroux Gravel, <br />File No. M-2000-059 <br />Dear Mr. Geroux: <br />On June I5, 2000, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit application for the Geroux Gravel, which is located in Custer County. All comment and review periods <br />began on June I5, 2000. The decision date for your application is scheduled for July 17, 2000. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice <br />to all owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record of lands [hat are within 200 feet of the boundary <br />of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, <br />such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision <br />date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the <br />public review copy which has been placed with the Custer County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the <br />Act.
