• BOND <br />Mt. Harris Coal Company is hereby bound to Colorado Department of <br />Natural Resources, Mined Land Reclamation Division, in the sum of Ten <br />Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). <br />The condition of this obligation is that Mt. Harris Coal Company shall <br />reclaim the permit area of Mt. Harris Loadout as shall be required to be <br />reclaimed in accordance with the permit which may issue pursuant to the <br />application filed by Mt. Harris Coal Company, and in such event this <br />obligation is void, and otherwise to remain in full force and effect. <br />MT.
