Proposed Future Land Use <br />(Goal of reclamation) Agriculture <br />EXHIBIT A - Legal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly adeq ate for field <br />location of the property. It can be in the form of metes & bounds surve or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least th nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot nu tier(s) may be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT B -Mining Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or st ges of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should be orrelated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will begin, and which direction, if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C - Map <br />This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffici t information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed <br />roads or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operation. All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must be shown. The quarter sec ion corner, <br />section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this ap. <br />EXHIBIT D -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information <br />Each of the above-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in t <br />Rule. <br />EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the metho~ <br />phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land aft <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map.
