The purpose of the <br />reconsideration request is for the required financial warranty. <br />We have enclosed the following: <br />Current Status Site Map showing the current state of the site and includes adjacent <br />ownership and structure information; <br />List of names and addresses of the 200' adjoining surface and easement owners; <br />Public Notice (published in the Greeley Tribune for four consecutive weeks beginning <br />Tuesday, November 4, 2003. Upon final publication an affidavit will be submitted to the <br />Division.); <br />As required by Rule 1.8.1, this letter and enclosures will be submitted to the Weld County Clerk <br />to the Board of County Commissioners office. A signed affidavit from the Clerk's office will be <br />forwarded via fax to the Division. <br />Thank you for your assistance with this request.
