After redistribution of topsoil, the topsoil will be analyzed and the necessary amendments will be added to maintain <br />a fertile plant growth media. The area will be returned to a land use of rangeland/ wildlife habitat. The <br />rangeland/wildlife seed mixture will be used. The mixture will be planted at a rate of 17.25 pounds/acre if a <br />rangeland drill is used. In the event the mixture is broadcast seeded, the seeding rate will be doubled. The area will <br />then be straw mulched with the mulch applied at the rate of two tons/acre. <br />Permit Revision 04-34 2.05-29 7/2/04 <br />
