Apparently this is not in conformance with <br />your existing regulations. You have advised that the maximum surface disturbance <br />is 9.9 acres. Therefore, kindly consider this letter as an amendment to our ap- <br />plication such that the maximum surface disturbance for the Weaver Quarry shall <br />be 9.9 acres. Colorado Lien will conform to the permit as amended. We are in <br />process of selecting a financial warranty.
