It can de in the form of metes & bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or Jot number(s) may be <br />used. <br />y<rw <br />EXHIBIT B - flininu Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the inetnods, equipment, phases or stages of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected oy each. The plan should be correlated with <br />the snap and should show where extraction will oegin, and wnich direction, if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT L - Map <br />Tnis map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the yround and existing 'and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection ~.vith the mininy operation. All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. If not, the narrative <br />roust oe comprehensive enouyh to draw an accurate vernal picture df the expected <br />appearance of the area after co~nplation of reclamation. <br />
