I am processing the bond at this time
and will drop it by next week. The bond will be in place prior
to drilling. As such, (WFC) proposes to drill from one to three
holes approximately 565 ft., 480 ft., and 570 ft. deep
respectively, offset and in advance of both first right and
second right development sections. The location of the proposed
holes are shown on the attached map and are from 100 ft. to 400
ft. off of an existing well-travelled dirt trail. Road work is
planned and expected to be minimal. Level drill pads will not
exceed an area of about 100 ft. by 75 ft. Topsoil will be will
be scrapped to one side and backhoe pits will be dug at one end
to contain cuttings and fluids generating as a result of
drilling. The addition of these holes amended to the existing
proposed G. E. Drilling Application will not change the size nor
impact of the program. The additional holes are in the same area
covered by the exploration plan and the added footage and
reclamation costs will replace one or two drill and core holes
from the original plan.
The timing and scheduling of this emergency drilling will
proceed immediately. Work will probably commence on or about the
11th or 12th of February and be followed by four to five days of
continuous or intermittent operation. Reclamation of any
disturbed surfaces as a result of this drilling will occur no
later than the beginning of the proposed exploration plan
currently under application to CMLRD at this time.
