A parcel of land located within a portion of the SW 114 of Section 13, and a portion of
Lots 2, 3 and 4 of Section 24, Township 22 South; Range 58 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly bank of the Arkansas River, 70 feet east of the
west line of said Lot 3, from which the SE comer of said Section 13 bears
N 89 58'36" E ( bearings based on the south line of Section 18, Township 22 South
Range 57 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, monumented at each end with o No. 6
