<br /> <br />EXHIBIT D - RECLAMATIC>N PLAN (Rule 6.3.4) <br />This is ranch property, that is under contract to level 9.5 acres for the purpose of <br />building a barn and a level working area gr.sded with gravel for a hay storage <br />facility. Part of this contract contains a provision that all excavated material <br />unsuitable for structural backflil and compacted fill must be removed from the <br />site. Unsuitable materials will most likely be larger gravels and rock. As a spoil <br />material, the rock will be removed from the site, and stored at a location eight <br />miles away. <br />The excavation contract includes all side slopes free draining and at a slope of <br />3:1.
