RRr' Exhibit B Site Description 6.3.2.(c) With the suppl:mental Exhibit b I have noted that there are no streams, springs, lakes, stoclswater ponds, ditches, reservoirs or aquifers that will receive drainage duectly from the permit area. This covers a minimum of a 1000' radius. Exhibit D Reclamation plan 6.3.4 No plan offered as this site is for development use. Exhibit E Map 6.3.5 I have produced a mining plate reap which is attached to this report. Exhbit F Other permits 6.3.6 I have obtained all thy; necessary permits for this operation. In accordance with County rules, only a gradmg permit is necessary for this operation as the intended use of this affected area remains agricu'3ure and is not a gravel pit with the sole purpose of producing a product to sell I have attached to this exWbit F the permit number that has been obtained from Moffat County. Discharge, emissions, radioactive materials, dredge disposal, historic preservation or highway access permits do not apply to this site or application.
