The <br />attached information is being provided to n~~tify you of the location and <br />nature of the proposed operation. The enti::e application is on file with the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology (the •Divi;aion•) and the local county clerk <br />or recorder. <br />The ap licant/operator proposes to reclaim t:he affected land to <br />ri ~~/ ~rP use. Pursuant to Section 34-32.!>-116(4) (m), C.R.S., a Board may <br />onfer with the local Board of County Commie>sioners before approving of the <br />post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments <br />on the proposed operation.
