Y , <br />EXHIBIT L, Rule 6.3.12: Also among the materials faxed there is a map of the general area of the pit with <br />an accompanying acknowledgement made of [he existence of a barbed wve fence 100 feet north of the proposed pit <br />boundary, however, this map also lacks a title. <br />The Division believes this map and narrative are intended to serve as Exhibit L and will accept them for <br />that purpose if the County will confum that assignment. <br />As indicated in the Division's letter of September i5, 1999, the decision date for this application is now <br />September 24, 1999. Please respond completely to the adequacy issues remaining and identified above by <br />September 22, 1999 in order that the Division has adequate time to evaluate your response and be able to <br />consider approval on the decision date. All adequacy issues must be satisfactorily addressed or a permit will <br />not be issued.
