Property. If required, Grantee may seek to obtain the permission of the appropriate regulatory <br />authorities to leave and not reclaim and remove any road or other facilities which may be <br />constructed by Grantee on the Property, and Grantor agrees to provide to those regulatory <br />authorities such requests and consents as Grantee may reasonably request in orderto obtain such <br />approval, including but not limited to, an undertaking by Grantor to assume all responsibility and <br />liability for such road after closure or suspension of gravel extraction operations. Grantor <br />acknowledges that if Grantee is unable to obtain such regulatory approval to leave any such <br />facilities, Grantee shall remove such facilities and the Property shall be reclaimed in accordance <br />with applicable laws. <br />SECTION 9. COVENANTS RUNNING WITH THE LAND.
