I reviewed these warranties and found them to be <br />adequate with a few minor exeptions. I made a few corrections and additions <br />to the warranty documents to make them adequate. I will list these <br />corrections and additions below. Unless I hear from you to the contrary, I <br />will assume that these corrections and additions meet with your approval. <br />Item 1: The permit number, M-84-043 was added to all blanks requiring it on <br />both warranty forms. <br />Item 2: The operation name "Jesse Lee Operation" was added to the two <br />blanks requiring it on page one of the financial warranty. <br />Item 3: The legal description page, "Exhibit A" was added to the financial <br />warranty. A copy of this same page is attached to each copy of your permit. <br />Item 4: The acreage figure was changed from 8.9 to 9.8 acres on the legal <br />description, "Exhibit A" page of the performance warranty. <br />Item 5: When you return one of your permit copies, please confirm that the <br />year that should appear in the signature date of the performance warranty is <br />1984. <br />Therefore, enclosed please find two signed copies of the mining and <br />reclamation permit for the Jesse Lee Operation. Please sign each permit copy <br />in the space indicated, having your signature notarized in each case.
