5� <br /> EXHIBIT J <br /> VEGETATION INFORMATION <br /> Vegetation on the site is sparse and is mainly composed of native grasses and weeds. The <br /> potential native vegetation is dominated by alkali sacaton, switchgrass and western wheatgrass. <br /> Saltgrass, sedge, rush and alkali bluegrass are also possible. <br /> Trees and shrubs consisting of cottonwoods and willows are mainly found in the areas next to the <br /> river. Trees, shrubs, grasses and forbs account for less than 10% of the plant cover at this site. <br /> In addition, Exhibit I — Soils Information, indicates the relationship of the vegetation to the soil <br /> types. <br />
