Mary Canda
said that they purchase 9,000 gallon tankers of water from the
City of Trinidad and have it delivered to their holding tank in
Aguilar:. Mary said she has receipts to confirm past purchases, if
necessary. They will continue this practice when this mine
opens.
As I explained in my message MS Forest goes before the Las
Animas Commissioners on 2/28/06 and they would like to have a
copy of the Divisions approval letter to show the state permit is
approved and waiting for the bond.
