• Native American religious or cultural sites; azchaeological sites; or historic properties or <br />azeas. <br />The Zone Archaeologist was consulted about potential cultural resource sites in the area <br />at the start of the drilling program, and no sites had been found (project file). The <br />District Wildlife Biologist was also consulted at that time, and had no concerns for <br />threatened or endangered species. <br />This action does not involve any extraordinary circumstances, therefore, this action can <br />be categorically excluded from documentation in an environmental assessment or <br />environmental impact statement. <br />VII. FINDINGS REQUIItED BY OTHER LAWS <br />Floodplain, wetland, prime farm lands, threatened and endangered species, and heritage <br />resource concerns were considered in this action.
