The first smock <br />vile will be directly East of the crusher on the IQort~i side. <br />Plan to stock pile 1 foot of top soil taken from the area :+e <br />open up first. The area depth is es'cima.ted to Le K fP.P.t <br />on the North l'iest side to 30 feet on ti;e South vlest c;ide. <br />The gravel operation will only op?n up the North `Nest, side <br />to begir. vrith. All opening and reclamation vrork :+ill be done as -the <br />gravel operation progresses over the years. As the mpera.tion moves <br />South the pit becomes deeper. The maximum height cf stock pile <br />will .'e 2~ feet. The South side of pit will be approximately <br />30 feet in depth. Area will blend in with the existing land <br />to the West of the site on completion of reclamation a£ site. <br />Plans are to stay 10 feet from the boundary fence on the Ivorth <br />East corner of site maintaining no steepe~• then a 3;1 slope. <br />Olga 3ii11 o'.vns the boundary land surrounding rest of sii;e. <br />A Kole man Screen will be in trse in the same area as the crusher <br />depending on demand for screened en crushed material. The crusher <br />and screen will be fed with a 3 yard rubber tired loader. A <br />D-6 Cat Dozer and a 12-16 yard rubber tired motor scraper will <br />be used to stock pile the top soil and file reclamation of the <br />area recommended by the Soil Conservation Service. (Refer to <br />Exhibit D) The truck traffic will be moderate, var.,ying with <br />demands for gravel. Operation shut down in the winter months. <br />
