TIN R80W SE'-~ 54Iw Sec 11 <br />pe and Location of Mine (Legal) <br />P4ule Deer Striped Skunk Sage Grouse Least Chipmunk. <br />Coyote Nuttalls Cottontail Mourning Dove Passerine Birds <br />Badger White Tailed Jackrabbit Richardson's Ground <br /> • Squirrel <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: <br />NONE <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: <br />No critical habitats are involved. The area is composed primarily <br />of a sagebrush-rabbitbrush overstory with an understory of native <br />grasses. No actual reparian areas exist although a run-off gully is <br />present to the west of the site. <br />Assessment of impact: <br />The area is not important as big game winter range. No major adverse <br />impacts are anticipated due to the size and location of this pit. <br />-- - - <br />Mine Reclamation recommendations {include key species/habitats for which restoration <br />is designed). <br />(1).Topsoil should be stockpiled with slopes no greater than <br />3:1 to reduce erosion. <br />(2) Avoid placement of materials in runoff gully in order to <br />keep additional silt from entering the river during the <br />spring or during heavy rains. <br />(3) Revegetate the pit slopes using native shrubs and grasses. <br />Prepared gy; Robert D.
