The 1-1/2 to 1 to 2 to 1 angle <br />does not appear to be steep enough and would require a rather ~~~ <br />coarse material to achieve an angle of repose that gradual. <br />2) The material referred to at the top of page 32 of the <br />application as "salvaged topsoil" is a pile of soil. It was <br />not placed on a slope but was piled on level ground. The slopes <br />are the sides of the pile. These slopes are about 1 to 1 to <br />1-1/2 to 1 and are about 15 to 20 feet long. <br />Exhibit L - Reclamation Cost <br />We have made no changes in our cost estimates because the <br />original calculations were made assuming more severe conditions <br />that you suggest.
