The <br />application is small and the disturbance will total no more than 7.25 acres and no <br />more than 3.1 acres will be disturbed at one time. The plan uses a sediment sump to <br />trap runoff and let it filter back into the gravel below. The DMG wants to know that <br />this will be OK.
