M05003MT <br />' 5.0 LIMITATIONS <br />It is the owner's and the owner's representatives' responsibility <br />to read this report and become familiar with the recommendations <br />and suggestions presented. We should be contacted if ,any questions <br />arise concerning the geotechnical engineering aspects 'of this <br />project as a result of the information presented in this report. <br />The recommendations outlined above are based on our 'understanding <br />of the currently proposed construction. We are available to <br />-~ discuss the details of our recommendations with you and revise them <br />where necessary. This geotechnical engineering report is based on <br />the proposed site development and scope of services as provided to <br />us by Mr. Jim Stover, P.E., J. E. Stover and Associates, on the <br />:, type of construction planned, existing site conditions at the time <br />of the field study, and on our findings. Should the planned, <br />=~ proposed use of the site be altered, Lambert and Associates must be <br />contacted, since any such changes may make our suggestions and <br />recommendations inappropriate. This report should be 'used ONLY for <br />.1 the planned development for which this report was tailored and pre- <br />f pared, and ONLY to meet information needs of the owner and the <br />owner's representatives. In the event that any changes in the <br />-~ future design are planned, the conclusions and recommendations <br />contained in this report shall not be considered valid unless the <br />changes are reviewed and conclusions of this report are modified or <br />J verified in writing. It is recommended that the geotechnical <br />J engineer be provided the opportunity for a general review of the <br />final project design and specifications in order that the earthwork <br />~~ and foundation recommendations may be properly interpreted and <br />implemented in the design and specifications. <br />l This report does not provide earthwork specifications. We can <br />tJ provide guidelines for your use in preparing project specific <br />earthwork specifications. Please contact us if you need these for <br />J your project. <br />This report presents both suggestions and recommendations.
