Conger; and United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land <br />Management, as surface owner; as well as Objectors Frederick W. and Susan Campbell <br />Bell, Ric and Lynda Emerson, Warren and Sylvia Lowe, Buck and Betty Morris, Earl. M. and <br />Nelda M. Trost, Ruth M. Stickman, Bruce A. Bradley, Aimee R. Boulanger on behalf of <br />Mineral Policy Center; and Travis E. Stills Esq., representing the Bell, Emerson, and Morris <br />parties. <br />All parties except Warren and Sylvia Lowe, and Buck and Betty Morris attended the <br />Pre-Hearing Conference on January 12, 1998, and their addresses, telephone numbers and <br />FAX numbers are set forth in Attachment A. <br />III.
