<br />COMES NOW the Applicant, S.W. Meadow, LLC, by and through its attorneys, Lindsey
<br />& Bruce, P.C., and respectfully submits the following as its Witness List and Exhibit List:

<br />application, the proposed mining plan, all issues noted in the prehearing order and
<br />plans to mitigate any claimed injury to affected property rights.
