All review and discussion periods as provided in the Act and the Rules li Regulations (as amended, effective Suly 1978) promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing, unless you notify us by June 1981 that you wish a later filing date, as per amended RULE 1.1(10) of the aforementioned Rules S Regulations- Please refer to this RULE concerning local government approval, as well.
