Compaction ranged from 92%-95% within moisture <br />contents averaging 4% below optimum. Chuck McCulloh was informed of this situation and advised us that <br />moisture would be added to remainder of material coming from a particular cut. <br />Please refer to that attached sheet for results of today's testing. • <br />Verbal Discussion: <br />Chuck McCulloh of Seneca Coal was notified of today's test results. <br />• <br />
