Box 700 <br />Nucla, Colo. 81424 <br />Attn: Lisa Hugus <br />Dear Ms. Hugus, <br />This letter is in response to your request foi approval of the <br />leased site for the following operations: C-JD-6, located on the <br />southern parts of Section 21 and 22, T46N, R17W, Pfontrose County, and <br />C-CM-25, located in parts of Section 5 and 6, T47N, R17W, Montrose <br />County. The zoning is this area is agricultural-open which would permit <br />mining operations as a use by right. <br />• I would inform you, however, that the County's Mineral Resource <br />Resolution will require that you submit to the County Commissioners a <br />copy of the plans for development and reclamation of the operation <br />along with the approved State permit for your operation. The Board <br />of County Commissioners will then issue you a Certificate of Approval <br />when the plans are approved by them and upon payment of a $10.00 <br />application fee. <br />I hope this letter serves your needs in obtaining your permit <br />from the State Division of Mines. <br />Sincerely, <br />Richard H.
