Those operations will require the use of truck <br />mounted drilling rigs that require a flat working space around the wellhead of each of the <br />wells described above of not less than a 150-foot radius around cacti Of the wellheads of <br />the wells. In addition, the Hall-Innrin operations should not impact Merit's access to the <br />wells and the Halt-Irwin operations should not impact the flowlines for tl~e wells and the <br />production fadlities for fhe wells, In order to ensure the wells in the NEl4 of Section 36 <br />are not impacted by Hall-Irwin's operations, there need to be adequate setbacks from <br />the wellheads of the wells and the production fadlities for the wells, In addition, the <br />flowlines need to be provided with adequate protection by keeping the sand and gravel <br />
