Please find below <br />Larsen Colorado, L.L.C. response to the additional items and information outlined in <br />your correspondence. <br />For your convenience, we have addressed each numerical item outlined in your <br />correspondence with the same numerical number. <br />1. Larsen Colorado, L.L.C. has previously provided the proof of publication of the <br />public notice circulated in the local newspaper, all owners of record of surface and <br />mineral lands, easement holders, and owners of record of surface lands that are within <br />200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. <br />2. Larsen Colorado, L.L.C. provided maps, signed by a registered land surveyor at our <br />meeting of June 4, 2007. <br />3. Larsen Colorado, L.L.C. provided revised maps including contour lines with numeric <br />topographic points of reference at our meeting of June 4, 2007. <br />4. Larsen Colorado, L.L.C. has contracted with the City of Canon City to purchase <br />water for the site. <br />5.
