The Division of Minerals and Geology has received comments from you concerning the 112c
application of the above referenced site. Those comments were received in a timely manner and
therefore establish you as a party to the application process.
Please find enclosed a Division of Minerals and Geology information memo conceming "Citizen
Participation in the 112 Reclamation Permit Application Process" revised on October 19, 2001.
Staff advises that you read the memo carefully as it explains your rights and responsibilities
concerning the application process.
Staff has scheduled the Pre-Hearing Conference as required under Rule 2.7.1(c) for August 3rd,
2005. As a party, you will be notified by Certificate of Service mail of the exact date, time and
location of the Pre-Hearing Conference.
Currently, the staff Decision Date for this application is July 25`s, 2005. The Mined Land
Reclamation Board Meeting is currently scheduled for August 31st, 2005 in Pueblo, Colorado. As
a party, you will receive, by Certificate of Service, a notice of the exact dates for the hearing on
this application. The applicant has the right to request extensions to the Decision Date to address
issues prior to any decision. By Rule the extension of the Decision Date cannot exceed 365 days
beyond the date of filing.
