3 <br /> <br /> <br />This study has been an attempt to summarize the geological facts as cleazly as possible, and <br />is intended for the use of the owners and to assist the Gunnison County Planning Board. I believe <br />that the facts assembled here indicate that the special use permit may be safely annrr oved and will <br />undoubtedly result in a lower risk of exposure to life or property than exist under present conditions. <br />This investigation was conducted in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill <br />ordinazily exercised by Engineers or Professional Geologists currently practicing under similaz <br />conditions in this area.
