u <br /> <br />EJCHIBIT A-LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />56~ <br />The Robert Conger property is located approximately 1 mile west of Mazble, CO just north of <br />Gunnison County Road 3 (See Attached Location Map). Access to the property is via an existing <br />road that is more commonly known as 4333 County Road 3. No improvements to the road are <br />anticipated. The property is located in the NE1/4, NEI(4, Sec. 28, TI 1S, R88W, 6th PM. The <br />specific property description is included on Attachment 1. <br />The proposed surface rock harvesting operation will be in the area of the first switchback on tfie <br />road. The initial operation will harvest rock in an westerly direction along a natural depression_ <br />The proposed permit area is 7.56 acres which includes the access road. Access across the Robert <br />Raymond property is through the attached right of way agreement <br />The adjacent surface land owners are shown on the attached Location Map-Exhibit A <br />
