For information, please call this office. <br />The applicant is obligated to show that the proposed mining and r clamation <br />plans are in conformance with local zoning ordinances, subdivisio regulations <br />or master plan, and is further required to place a copy of the ap lication for <br />public inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the propo ed mine is <br />situated. It is the Board's understanding that the Act intends f r the <br />application to be made available for public review and Comment in an area <br />close to the mine.
