Hot bituminous <br />pavement made on site is not stored in the permit area; it is taken directly to the job site.The opera- <br />lion will use an existing access road on the FMM property to gain access to Highway 50. Primarily, <br />24 ton belly dumps will be used to haul asphalt as well as processed sand and gravel from the site. <br />Materials may be shipped with 14 ton tandem tracks. <br />No unprocessed material or waste concrete or asphalt to be recycled will be brought to the site. <br />Also, there will be no blasting for any part of the mining or reclamation activities on site. <br />The total disturbed area is 69.27 acres, which is the entire permit area. It should be understood that <br />this entire area has been previously disturbed and unreclaimed from past refinery operations.
