Walther <br />Executive Director <br />r.LChael B. long <br />Division Director <br />On December 18, 1999, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board reconsidered the corrective action date <br />specified in the Cease and Desist Order accompanying Notice of Violation MV-99-022 by which a 110 permit must <br />be secured for Pit 1. The currently required corrective action date of December 10, 1999 was extended by the <br />Board to January 26, 2000. A copy of the Board Order will be sent to you as soon as it is made available by the <br />Board's attorney. <br />At eazliest opportunity, the Division will review the material you provided both today and previously in response to <br />the Division 12/3/1999 adequacy review.
