C(tadrrnan County Commissioner <br />A Resolntion of the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Las Animas County, Colorado <br />Making a Determination on Special Use Permit <br />Application # 04-008 by Mr. Joseph Febbraro <br />d/b/a Febbrazo Construction Co. <br />to Establish and Operate a Gravel Extraction Pit <br />Resolution # 04-34 <br />Whereas, Mr. Joseph Febbrazo, d/b/a Febbrazo Construction Co. <br />has filed an application for a Special Use Permit (SUP) <br />#04-008, seeking authorization to establish and operate a <br />gravel extraction pit on property located in the S]/2 <br />NW 1/4 Sectiori 7, T32 S, R61 W, comprising 9.96 acres, <br />more or less; <br />Whereas, SUP,application # 04-008, was presented to the Las Animas <br />County Planning Commission at its meeting of <br />May 3, 2004, and following review, was recommended <br />for approval to the Boazd of County Commissioners. <br />Whereas, A public hearing was.converied by the Board of County <br />Commissioners on June 1, 2004, at which time public <br />comment was taken by the Boazd of County <br />Commissioners, on SUP application # 04-008. <br />Whereas, Board of County Commissioners has taken into <br />consideration, SUP application # 04-008, and all <br />supporting information, the recommendation of the Las <br />Animas County Planning Commission and comments <br />made at the Public Hearing, as well as written documents <br />made part of the official record of this application. <br />Now, therefore be it Resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Las <br />Animas County, Colorado, that: <br />Findings <br />1.
