1
i

D.10 Ancillary Facilities
D.10.1 Haul Roads
' Haul road locations are shown on Figure C-2. Haul
roads will be 70-ft wide, including internal ditches and
any MSHA required safety berms. The haul roads are sized
to accommodate two-way traffic. The pit to mill haul
road crosses the County Road. The power demands for this
project will be approximately 7,000 kilowatts.
Water Suooly
The mining and milling operations for this project
are expected to require a maximum water supply of
approximately 200 gpm during normal operations.
All water resources used for the project will have
the appropriate water rights approval prior to any water
use for the project. Project water will be piped to the
1 site for storage in tanks located adjacent. to the mill
facilities. Small amounts of groundwater intercepted
' during mining will be used in the mining and milling
operations. Leaching or processing of ore will not
' commence until the operator obtains, and submits to the
Division, water rights and any required changes in points
of diversion or augmentation plans.
1
D-71 !Revised 4/20/89)
r
