M-87-113
has in effect been done through the approval of WAI's permit no. M-91-035.
When your permit no. M-87-113 is issued you should clarify this by
submitting a Technical Revision showing the new permit boundaries.
2. Since you never submitted any bond, or received a permit, there is no
bond adjustment to be made at this time. If you believe that the bond
should be less than that proposed by the Division, you should justify a
lower bond to us, and if we agree, we would issue your permit based upon
the lower bond amount.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Sincerely,
Gregg R`~ Squir
Reclamation Specialist
GRS/ern
STATL~F COLORADO
1532E
