Dut•r to ?rovide Infornat:ion <br />The permittee shall fur-.tish to the Division, vit`tin a reasonable <br />time, any information which the Division may request to determine <br />whether cause e:cists for. revoking and reissuing, or terminating c`tis <br />permit, or to determine compliance vich this permit. the permitcee <br />'shall also furnish to t:Ze Division, upon request, copies of records <br />required co be kept by this permit. <br />3. Transfer of Ownership or Control <br />A permit may be transferred to a new permittee if: <br />a) The current permictee notifies the Division in writing 30 days <br />in advance of the proposed cransEer dace; and <br />b) 'Lhe notice inciu.:es a written agreement becaeen the existi^.g <br />and new permictees containing. a specific dace for transfer of <br />permit responsibility, coverage and Liabili~y berreen them; and <br />c) The current permittee has met all fee requirements of the State <br />Discharge Permit System 3egulations, Section 6.1b.0. <br />4, Avai'abil`*_-r of Reoor=s <br />Except for data decermired to be confidential under Section 308 of <br />the Federal Clean avatar Act and Rem lotions for the State Discharge <br />Permit System 6.6.4 (2), all reports prepared in accordance with the <br />terms of this permit shall be available for public inspection ac the <br />offices of the State 'dater Qualit-~ Control Division and the <br />Environmental Protection Age^c?. <br />5. ;!odifica cpn.
