Prior to any increase in daily or annual production rates, the applicant shall submit <br />a Revised Air Pollutant Emission Notica and Control Plan which will be subject to Division review <br />and approval to ensure compliance with the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for particulate <br />matter. Annual records of the actual production rate shall be maintained by the applicant and made <br />available to the Division for inspection upon request. (Reference: Regulation 1, III.D.1.b.) <br />Annual truck haulage of coal from the ROM stockpile to off-site locations shall not exceed 500,000 <br />tons. <br />Note to Permit Holder: <br />This activity shall not result in the exceedence of the following emissions of fugitive total <br />suspended particulates ITSPI and fugitive particulate matter of less than ten microns (PM,oI. These <br />emission limits are based on the production rates listed above.
